As Elemental’s first in-house designer, Jenna stewards the brand’s visual expression across campaigns, events, reports, digital products, and everyday communications. She creates design systems, templates, and standards that ensure storytelling is consistent, clear, and high-quality across the organization.

Jenna conceptualized and executed the multiplatform First of a Kind, Next to Scale series in 2025, including visual identity, video production, copywriting, environmental ads, branded merchandise, and programmatic tie-ins at New York Climate Week. She directs the art and visual identity of Elemental Interactive, the organization’s largest annual event during San Francisco Climate Week, overseeing visual design, motion graphics, signage, immersive installations, and large-scale murals while collaborating with cross-functional production teams. Jenna also was the lead designer for Elemental’s 2024 rename, defining the visual system employed across all assets.

On the Creative team, Jenna builds creative briefs, designs, art directs, and partners with designers, developers, videographers, and agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact work across all channels. The visual brand reflects her approach of balancing sophistication with vibrancy and gravitas with optimism. With a strategic eye for design, Jenna helps Elemental move fluidly across sectors—climate technology, finance, policy, philanthropy, and local partnerships—elevating the brand while keeping it distinctly Elemental.

Prior to Elemental

Before joining Elemental Impact, Jenna worked on political campaigns nationwide at Uplift Campaigns, supporting communications and creative work for candidates, PACs, and ballot measures. She was also a Climatebase Fellow in Cohort 7, and studies climate, social impact, and communications at the Yale School of Environment and Yale School of Management, building expertise at the intersection of climate, social impact, and design.

Outside of the office

Outside of work, Jenna finds creative inspiration everywhere: frequenting contemporary art museums, reading literary fiction, and listening to Beyoncé’s discography. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner Spencer and rescue dog Nala, practicing yoga, and currently calls New Haven home after growing up in Los Angeles and spending time in San Francisco.
