Camille leads partnership management and development at Elemental, guiding efforts to connect funders, investors, startups, and ecosystem partners in service of scaling climate technologies. Starting in corporate partnerships, her role has expanded to include investor engagement and ecosystem-wide collaboration, helping address the $150 billion climate financing gap that stalls many critical innovations.

She designs and facilitates industry gatherings that bring together diverse leaders from business, finance, and government to explore new financing approaches and build lasting connections across the capital stack. Camille also leads Elemental’s ecosystem engagement strategy around speaking opportunities and event partnerships, amplifying the organization’s mission and accelerating the impact of our portfolio.

Her work supports Elemental’s portfolio of over 160 companies by fostering collaboration and partnerships that strengthen the entire climate innovation ecosystem. Through these efforts, Camille helps build the bridges to bankability and collective action needed to accelerate the deployment of transformative climate solutions in communities.

Prior to Elemental

Camille’s career has centered on building strategic partnerships that move the climate innovation ecosystem toward meaningful deployment and scale. At Deloitte, she led incubation and commercialization work for energy, industrials, and sustainability solutions, using customer insights to shape partnership strategies, pilot designs, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Her work supported early product development, pilot structuring, and partner engagement for Fortune 500 companies. Camille also serves on the Board of Millennium Campus Network, a global non-profit committed to civic leadership education and training for undergraduate students. In addition to this work, Camille was also an early volunteer contributor to the newsletter CTVC, helping build one of the leading platforms in climate tech through research and analysis that shaped its early direction. She brings an interdisciplinary lens to all partnership development and strategy work, grounded in her degree in International Politics and Minor in International Development from Georgetown University.

Outside of the office

Outside of the office, Camille can be found at her apartment in Washington, DC staying up late to finish a good book, doting over her cat with her partner, or testing a recipe she found on the internet. She is committed to finding the best cardamom latte, building her Stardew Valley perfection farm, and refining her weekly planner layout.
