Ashley leads Elemental’s external communications strategy to elevate the organization, our portfolio companies, and the climate innovation ecosystem.

As Senior Director of Public Relations, Ashley crafts and executes high-impact media, storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives. In addition, she coaches Elemental portfolio companies on communications best practices, and drives executive communications to share our narrative with key audiences.
Prior to Elemental Impact
Prior to joining Elemental, Ashley led marketing communications at Salesforce for its Impact organization, covering sustainability, responsible business, and philanthropy. Before that, she held communications roles across agencies, startups, and nonprofits. Fun fact: She went to fashion school to be a magazine editor, until one fateful PR class changed everything.
Outside of the office
Ashley loves being outdoors chasing, climbing, and getting messy with her two young boys. In the little time that remains, she’s a dedicated wellness junkie — ideally on Do Not Disturb at a good spa.
