Antoinette West
Senior Manager, Portfolio Coaching
Antoinette supports Elemental portfolio companies by designing and implementing strong talent strategies, effective community engagement, and policy-aligned project deployments that support sustainable growth and deliver tangible benefits to workers, partners, and place-based stakeholders.
As Senior Manager of Portfolio Coaching, Antoinette pairs research-driven insights with cross-sector experience to guide climate technology companies as they scale, including talent strategy, stakeholder engagement, policy alignment, and project readiness. With a decade of experience designing talent pipeline programs, Antoinette brings a systems-level lens and a commitment to local impact that centers people alongside technology. Through this work, she helps ensure that as companies grow, create high-quality jobs, build trust, and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.
Prior to Elemental
Her career has centered on expanding access to opportunity across public, nonprofit, and K–12 systems. Before joining Elemental, she directed ACT303, a cross-sector economic mobility collaborative focused on equitable housing, transit, and workforce solutions in Denver. She led strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and multimillion-dollar grant acquisition to support community-driven development. Earlier, Antoinette designed district-wide work-based learning programs serving more than 2,000 students at Denver Public Schools and forged partnerships with employers, colleges, and training programs to expand early exposure to high-growth career pathways.
Antoinette holds an MBA in Sustainable Management and an MPA in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School, and a BA in Anthropology from Howard University, training that shapes her approach to community-centered innovation, systems thinking, and the workforce ecosystem.
Outside of the office
Outside of work, you can find her in the crowd of a concert, eating at the newest Bay Area restaurant, or diving into a fresh Netflix series. As a proud Colorado native, Howard alum, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, she stays rooted in joy, culture, and community.
