At Elemental, Dom plays a critical role in convening stakeholders across the energy, technology, and investment landscape to support the commercialization of innovative climate technologies and advance market transformation. Dom’s current focus is the Data Center Innovation Initiative (DCII), where they help advance the program’s strategy and execution, working across Elemental and a growing network of industry partners to accelerate the deployment and adoption of emerging technologies in data centers.
Prior to Elemental
Dom worked as a Program Manager at Greentown Labs, leading startup-corporate accelerators such as Greentown Go and the Carbon to Value Initiative. They connected climate tech startups with industry leaders to develop investments, pilots, joint development agreements, feasibility studies, and other commercial partnerships. Dom is passionate about the connection between innovation, industry, ecosystem preservation, and social justice. Learning as much as they can about each of these areas, and how they interact, is a core component of all their work.
Outside of the office
Dom can be found indulging in one of their (way too) many hobbies: whether that be rock climbing and foraging along the way, cycling around Brooklyn, reading fiction they were supposed to read in high school, cooking meals for their friends, balancing many different creative pursuits, or seeing a movie or show on a Friday night. Dom is happiest when they’re trying something new, making something, or spending time with the people they love.
