Christian Rasnake

Christian supports Elemental’s Navigator program by helping to identify and facilitate valuable connections between our partners and startups across the climate tech ecosystem. Currently living in New York City, she is passionate about utilizing her expertise in relationship management, project coordination and problem solving to facilitate the scaling of climate-technology startups with strong community impact.

Prior to Elemental Excelerator

Prior to joining Elemental, Christian worked at CTA Architects developing sustainability strategies internally and on behalf of clients, with the main goal of addressing carbon emissions, system efficiencies and social equity in building design and operations. In previous roles, she managed lead generation efforts and developed partnerships between climate startups and corporate end-users facing ESG headwinds. Christian graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Environmental Studies and City and Regional Planning.

Outside of the office

Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time outdoors, hosting friends for dinner parties and exploring neighborhoods to find vintage treasures or the best pastry on the block. Intrinsically inquisitive, she loves trying out new hobbies and reading up on unfamiliar topics.
