Financial Benefits
We offer competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the expertise, experience, and impact our team members bring, and regularly benchmark against peer organizations and the broader market. Elemental offers a 401(k) program with a company match of up to 6% of employee salary. Employees become eligible to participate beginning six months after their hire date.
Health, Family, and Well-Being
We offer comprehensive medical coverage for employees and eligible partners and dependents, with Elemental covering at least 75% of dependent premium costs. We also provide up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees welcoming a child through birth, adoption, or foster care, supplemented by applicable state disability benefits. Elemental also offers a monthly wellness stipend to support the practices and routines that work best for you.
Career Growth
Elemental is committed to helping employees grow and develop throughout their careers. Team members can access up to $500 annually for professional development opportunities, along with $1,500 per year for continuing education and career-focused learning.
Rest and Recharge
Paid time off and sabbatical benefits are designed to give team members the space to recharge and return to our mission with renewed creativity, energy, and passion. Employees receive 15 days of paid time off annually, increasing to 20 days beginning in their fourth year, in addition to 14 company holidays and other synchronous days off. To support long-term renewal and growth, employees are also eligible for a four-week sabbatical beginning at their fifth work anniversary.
