Stephanie is the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Elemental Excelerator. She leads strategy and planning around the long-term financial health of the organization. Her focus on innovation and collaboration supports the achievement of operational and impact results.
Prior to Elemental Excelerator
Stephanie has spent over 12 years leading finance and accounting teams at social impact organizations. Before joining Elemental, Stephanie was the Senior Director of Finance at the Global Center for Gender Equality, where she built the financial infrastructure of a new 501c3 organization. She also headed the finance, accounting, and administration teams at IDEO.org. Prior to that, she spent ten years leading global financial planning and analysis at Room to Read. Her passion for social justice and equity was sparked at UC Berkeley where she received her B.A. in Political Science.
Outside of the office
When Stephanie is not diving into a spreadsheet, you can find her front and center at a live concert, watercoloring, birding, or planning her next travel or camping adventure.
