Krystle acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, working closely with leadership across teams to align efforts, translate strategy into action, and advance fundraising, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Her focus is on maximizing organizational impact by enabling clarity, follow-through, and collaboration at the highest level.
Known for her steady presence and thoughtful approach, Krystle balances structure with care, creating space for collaboration, clarity, and trust. She is especially attuned to moments of growth or change, surfacing what matters most, and helping teams move forward together.
Prior to Elemental
Before joining Elemental, Krystle served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of People at a Bay Area live events technology startup. Across more than a decade partnering with executives in mission-driven, high-growth organizations, she focused on strengthening leadership effectiveness, shaping culture, and enabling teams to collaborate and deliver with clarity and purpose. She led executive offsites and strategic planning sessions, guided organizational change, and designed people-centered systems that foster accountability, belonging, and shared ownership. Her work consistently centered on empowering leaders to focus on high-impact priorities while ensuring the organization operated with alignment, cohesion, and intentionality.
Outside of the office
Outside of work, Krystle centers her life around her husband, children, and extended family, including her parents and four sisters. Family is her steady anchor, and her kids keep her present, curious, and open to new perspectives. Together, they enjoy music, movement, time outdoors, and discovering new experiences.
