Isabel Usalj

In her role at Elemental, Isabel collaborates across Elemental’s Engagement, Communications, and Data teams to improve communication systems and strategies that effectively engage key stakeholders and expand Elemental’s reach. She also spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing Elemental’s communications capabilities to support organizational growth.

Prior to Elemental

Isabel is a data-driven entrepreneur and has spent her career building mission-driven, early-stage SaaS companies. Isabel helped build RoundhouseOne, a spatial intelligence company; Omni, a “Dropbox for physical items” (raised $35MM, acquired by Coinbase in 2019); and built a leading nonprofit database and growth department at an online shopping platform, Giving Assistant. She just spent the last few years sailing over 15,000 nautical miles through 14 countries on a private, off-shore, self-sustainable catamaran with her husband and dog. Now back on land, she has been focused on consulting early-stage to mid-market tech companies within the impact space.

Outside of the office

Isabel finds joy in travel and the outdoors. Whether exploring new trails, savoring local cuisine in different cities, or exploring the wonders of nature and the ocean, she embraces the excitement and learnings that come with each adventure. Her love for travel not only allows her to explore diverse cultures but also enhances her appreciation for the environment, our oceans, and the crucial need to protect them.
