This privacy notice for Elemental Excelerator, Inc, dba Elemental Impact (doing business as Elemental) (“we,” “us,” “our,”), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) you information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you:

- Engage with us in other related ways–including any marketing, events, or programs

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and features you use. We strive to collect only the personal data that we need.
Personal Information You Provide. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- Event Information: If you attend one of our events, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, including your name, the name and a description of your company or your fund, your contact information and other information that we will use to manage and administer your participation in our various events (“Event Information”).
- Application Information: When a company submits an application to Elemental, we will collect Personal Information relating to the founders of the applicant company, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, education, employment history, and the city/country in which they live. We will also collect information about the applicant company, such as the name, industry, and status of the company (together with Personal Information relating to founder(s) and any other information submitted in connection with the application process, “Application Information”).
- Donor Information: When you make a gift online, send in a donation via mail, give at an event or at another interaction, we may collect Personal Information such as name, email address, mailing address and telephone number and store it in our donor database (“Donor Information”).
- Communication Information: When you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).
- Social Information: We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details (“Social Information”). In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Site. When you visit, use, and interact with the Site, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions (“Technical Information”). For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Site, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Services (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation pattern. In particular, Technical Information includes the following, which is created and automatically logged in our systems:

- Session replay information: Session replay information includes Device Information, broad geographical information, and the contents of your screen.
HOW WE USE AND PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

- To respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions;

Aggregated Information: We may aggregate Personal Information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with prospective business partners. We may collect aggregated information through the Services, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.
SHARING AND DISCLOSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

COOKIES, TRACKING TOOLS AND UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT MECHANISMS
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies such as pixels tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and JavaScript (collectively, “Cookies”) to enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tell us how and when you visit and use our Sites, to analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our Sites. U.S. Residents

Exercising Your Rights. California residents can exercise their right to Request to Know, Request to Correct or Request to Delete (“Consumer Rights Request”) as described above by contacting us at legal@elementalimpact.com.
Shine the Light Disclosures. California law requires us to inform California residents who have provided us with personal information that they may request information from us about our disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To request this information, please contact us at legal@elementalimpact.com. In your request, please specify that this is a “California ‘Shine the Light’ Request.”
INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION, USE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. International Transfer of Information. Our servers are located in the US. If you are accessing our Services from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in the US, and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
Elemental Services are not directed at children under (13) years of age. We do not knowingly gather personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act. or COPPA) in a manner not permitted by COPPA. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we have collected information from your child in a manner not permitted by law, contact us at legal@elementalimpact.com. We will remove the data to the extent required by applicable laws.
THIRD PARTY SITE
The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Elemental, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you disclose to Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
We seek to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security measures and storage and processing practices based on the type of Personal Data. We retain Personal Data about you for as long as necessary to provide our Sites and/or Services to you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may further retain information in an anonymous or aggregated form where that information would not identify you personally.
Although we work to protect the security of your account and other data that we hold in our records, please be aware that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
