Kruti Ladani headshot

Kruti works on Elemental’s data architecture, infrastructure, visualization, and project managing support to ongoing initiatives. She’s will use data to drive technology, climate, and social equity solutions from the community level onward. 

Prior to Elemental

Kruti is a sustainability professional with diverse work experience in public, private, and non-profit work environments. The focus of her work is social equity and sustainable behavior change while preserving the infrastructure for our current and future generations. Recently, she led Palo Alto Transportation Management Association which provides sustainable transportation programs for low-income workers in Palo Alto. She also has previous experience in managing greenhouse gas inventory projects for the City of Gresham(OR) and assisting the City with climate action planning.
Kruti has a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Carleton University, and a certification from the University of California, Berkeley in Sustainable Management. She has contributed her research to Justine Burt’s book, The Great Pivot, on creating meaningful work to build a sustainable future.

Outside of the office

Kruti enjoys the endorphins from Pilates and running. Kruti also loves exploring long hikes in and around Bay Area with her partner and super active dog Oslo.
