Kim supports the data life-cycle (generation, collection, processing, storage, management, analysis, visualization, and storytelling) across all Elemental teams, as well as externally. She will drive the data analysis that advances Elemental’s 5-year strategy.
Prior to Elemental
Kim has interned in various data and operations related positions across industries such as home health care and IT. She developed a strong desire to work at the intersection of social justice, climate change, and data, which influenced her double major in Biology and Mathematics from Amherst College.
Outside of the office
You’ll find Kim playing soccer, creating a niche Spotify playlist, or just chilling with her dogs!
