At Elemental, through cross-functional partnership and engagement, Dmitry leads activities related to developing and enhancing Elemental’s compliance program with a focus on proactive risk identification and implementation of Elemental’s mission centric processes.
Prior to Elemental
Throughout his career, Dmitry has held senior institutional compliance and enterprise risk management positions in higher education, companies in financial services, aviation, and technology sectors (telecommunication and quantum computing). Dmitry holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lubin School of Business, Pace University, NYC with a concentration in International Businesses/Finance.
Outside of the office
He loves traveling both in the U.S. and internationally with his family, taking morning walks with his dog, running competitively and playing table tennis.
