Cristine Sanchez

As Development Analyst, Cristine builds internal organizational systems and provides operations and analytical support to Elemental’s philanthropic partnerships and fundraising program.

Prior to Elemental

Cristine is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology where she earned her degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. She is excited to bring her extensive background in sales, marketing and event planning in the luxury hospitality industry to the climate field. Cristine was a leader in helping EDITION hotels eliminate single use plastic as a part of their “Stay Plastic Free” campaign in 2019.

Cristine previously worked at the Fresh Air Fund, a nonprofit youth development organization that provides free life-changing summer experiences in the outdoors to New York City’s underserved communities. There, she supported fundraising and development for five years, as well as community outreach and served as an Environmental Science teacher for middle school children at the organization’s summer camp.

Outside of the office

Cristine enjoys the outdoors, hunting for vintage gems and trying out new workout classes. She loves volunteering with her community in Queens, New York.
