Anna is responsible for talent acquisition and representing the brand and mission externally to candidates and prospective candidates. She will strive to make the climate space even more diverse, inclusive, and equitable.
Prior to Elemental
Anna began her career as a lawyer working on a range of Intellectual Property and M&A work before pivoting to recruiting in 2020. She loves building relationships and connecting with people, and is deeply passionate about building an inclusive and positive work culture.
Prior to joining Elemental, Anna recruited for UPSIDE Foods, a mission driven start-up in the cultivated meat space (growing meat directly from animal cells).
Anna is based in San Francisco, California.

You’ll find Anna trying out new recipes, thrifting treasures, seeking out live music, and spending as much time outdoors as possible with her partner and rescue pup, Matcha.
