Ann manages Elemental’s work and systems to enable portfolio companies, key policy leaders, and partners to leverage policy to scale climate solutions with deep community impact. Based in Washington, DC, Ann is interested in the intersection of technology, government, and community thriving and loves creating scalable systems and processes that enable people to collaborate towards a common goal.

Prior to Elemental Excelerator

Ann worked as a Senior Program Manager on the climate action team at the Centre for Public Impact, a non-profit whose mission is to reimagine government so it works for everyone. She has also held roles at Uber and Civic Consulting Alliance working on a variety of issues at the intersection of policy, technology, and accessibility. Ann has an undergraduate degree in social policy from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Outside of the office

Ann can be found spending time outside with her dog, Louise, watching horror movies, and updating her spreadsheet rating every breakfast sandwich she has tried in DC.
