As Senior Manager of Partnerships & Policy, Ann drives the integration of policy insights, strategic partnerships, and on-the-ground support for Elemental’s portfolio.

At Elemental, Ann leads policy engagement and partnership development to ensure entrepreneurs have the insights, relationships, and support needed to navigate the policy landscape. She cultivates relationships with mission-aligned partners, identifying opportunities to unlock new pathways for portfolio success. Her work sits at the intersection of partnership cultivation, policy insight, and project deployment, allowing Elemental to integrate real-time intelligence into its portfolio strategies and operations.
Prior to Elemental
Before joining Elemental, Ann served as a Senior Program Manager at the Centre for Public Impact (CPI), a non-profit founded by Boston Consulting Group. At CPI, she led projects in the organization’s climate and innovation challenge portfolios. She also previously worked in strategic operations and product launch at Uber and began her career supporting state and local government organizational transformation projects at Civic Consulting Alliance. Ann holds an undergraduate degree in social policy from Northwestern University and a masters in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
